Wicked good woods action through Boston's changing fall weather!
What a great day out, couldn't ask for more action! San and I headed out for an early afternoon hunt this fall season under cloudy skies with rain rolling through Boston. The weather didn't slow us down one bit as we set up for our hunt with Joseph Company.
With our gear rigged and ready, we started with tree stand hunting to glass the area before moving into ground blind hunting. The trail hunting worked wicked well in this Boston terrain - these woods are perfect for pushing through different spots when the weather gets rough like this. We didn't notch a tag on this hunt, but every hour in the field was worth it, no suh!
The rain kept things interesting as we moved between our base camp setups. Boston's hunting grounds give you plenty of options when you need to bang a uey and try a different approach. That's what makes these fall hunts on The Cape area so productive - you can adapt your strategy based on what the day brings you.
