Wicked Weather Delivers Non-Stop White-Tail Action Near Boston!
Non-stop bites all day long! I took Shrunga and their crew out for a fall hunt that started in the early morning hours around Boston. The partly cloudy skies with rain made for perfect conditions to sit a stand and glass the area. This wicked weather actually worked in our favor for our hunting from blinds approach with Joseph Company.
With our gear rigged and ready, we focused on ground blind hunting and elevated blind hunting techniques throughout the day. The crew did great work with natural blind construction, and we managed to harvest a nice white-tailed deer. Boston's diverse terrain around the Kaveri River Basin gives us plenty of options for different blind setups, and that variety really paid off.

The rain kept the woods quiet, which made our still-hunting approach even more effective. We didn't get busted once during our sits, and the deer movement was steady all day. No suh, this hunt was one for the books - we wrapped up with smiles all around and some wicked good memories from The Cape region.
